I am Benjamín Marcano, an economist with more than 14 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Throughout my career, I have developed particular expertise in the evaluation and valuation of a wide range of assets, from land and multifamily properties to complex commercial assets such as hotels, corporate buildings and industrial machinery. My background in economics and finance has allowed me to build a strategic approach to real estate decision-making: analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities and assessing risks with technical rigor.
